Marie Bohrer, APRN
Marie Bohrer is a certified family nurse practitioner who has worked in nursing for the last 25 years, completing her Masters in Nursing in 2021. She loves working in chronic pain management and enjoys caring for patients over the years. She is a mom to a lot of boys and enjoys participating in their sports and other activities with them. Marie has 30 chickens, 6 ducks, and 3 dogs. Next on the agenda is goats and bees. She enjoys living on 5 acres outside of Lander with her family and making the most of that outdoor space.

Janea Hovik, FNP
Janea is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a lifelong passion for helping others. After spending 20 years as a proud military wife, she pursued her calling in healthcare, beginning her journey in 2008 at Montana State University in Bozeman. Driven by a deep interest in medicine and patient care, she went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in 2017. Her personal journey has been shaped not only by her professional achievements but also by profound life experiences. After being diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, Janea faced the life-altering challenge of learning to walk again. Experiencing that has deepened her empathy, resilience, and commitment to chronic pain care. Outside of medicine, Janea finds joy in her love of horses, which has been a lifelong passion. She now lives in Sheridan, where she and her husband are building their dream homestead while raising their three youngest children.

Brenda Barker, APRN
Brenda Barker joined Pain Care Centers in 2021. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has previous experience as an FNP in pain management as well as substance use disorders, prior to joining Pain Care Centers. She worked as a Registered Nurse for many years in the ICU and ER setting. Brenda is passionate about providing patient-centered, individualized, quality care with compassion. She is a native from Nebraska, however she has spent the last 26 years in Wyoming. Her interests include travel, gardening, reading, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and being a dog mom to two Doodles.

Trisha Rose MSN RN FNP-BC
Trisha graduated from Central Wyoming College in 1999 and was awarded the patient advocacy certificate for giving patients a voice. Trisha worked in many of Wyoming’s hospitals focusing on medical-surgical units and as a travel nurse. Trisha worked at the Wind River Casino & Hotel from 2011 to 2019 and due to the needs of patients this prompted her to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Trisha was a working mother of three children while attending Walden University where she obtained her Master of Science Degree in Education in 2009 and Master of Science Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2014. The support of her husband and children helped her to be successful. Trisha Rose MSN RN FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Trisha has experience in multiple medical settings, including medical-surgical, pediatrics, labor and delivery, skilled nursing, neurology, behavioral health and pre-op. With clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in pediatric, primary adult, and geriatric care, Trisha has had opportunities to serve patients in all stages of life. My passion is holistic care that is guided by traditional and cultural values that encompass compassion, caring, love, and advocacy for the people from past and future generations.

Laura Wells, FNP
Laura has several years of experience ranging from: Internal Medicine, Emergency Room, Urgent Care, Addiction/ Pain management, and critical care at large metro hospitals. Additionally, she has experience in smaller, rural hospitals and at the Air Force Academy She has lived and worked in large cities to include Denver, Colorado Springs, Las Vegas and small rural towns such as Ashland Wisconsin. She is currently licensed to practice in seven different states including Wyoming & Montana. She found her passion in helping people reclaim their lives from addictions as well as helping patients handle their chronic pain. Having personally lived with the damage addiction causes in a person's life, she understands the courage and perseverance it takes to stay on that road to recovery in today's world. She is married to Garrison, a writer and musician and loves her three dogs: Lilly and Winston Churchill which are Lhasas, and Willow, a Siberian Husky.

Rina Myklak, NP
Rina Myklak migrated from Cambodia as an immigrant and grew up in California. She joined the Army to help pay for her college education and received her Associate's degree in nursing in 1997. She worked in the medical-surgical unit and then the pediatric unit. She continued pursuing higher education and received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from California State University, Fullerton in 2004. She continued her education and received her Master's in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification in 2014 from California State University, Long Beach. Her passion for becoming a Nurse Practitioner stemmed from when her mother was diagnosed with a brain tumor in the 1980s. There were few minority nurses, and there was no one who could act as an interpreter for her mother. She saw the need for minorities in nursing and decided to pursue her nursing career, hoping to represent Southeast Asians in the nursing field. Rina's passion is helping the less fortunate. She is passionate about helping others and giving back to the community. She has gone on mission trips to an orphanage in Mexico and helped build a school in rural Cambodia. She has also gone on medical mission trips to Cambodia, providing medical care to underserved rural villages where healthcare is unavailable. In her spare time, she loves to hike, travel, cook, and explore small towns.

Kelsie Anderson DNP, FNP-BC
Kelsie Anderson graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2019. She has worked in the medical field as a Nurse/Nurse Practitioner for over a decade and has experience in Acute Care, Military Medicine, and Pain Management. She takes a very holistic approach to pain management and strives to provide compassionate, thoughtful, and research-based care to each patient. She also believes in a team-based approach to each individual's pain, and wants each interaction to heavily rely on the client's input regarding every decision made within their treatment plan. In her free time, Kelsie enjoys spending time with her husband and children, anything outdoors, and traveling as much as she can.
